From the Heart...

I was determined not to be the 'poor me' type, so boldly, and resolutely forged ahead... and emerged on the other side - victoriously!

Been through widowhood, the divorce bit, living with an alcoholic husband, rejection. The pain, the hardships, sadness, and the struggles were finally behind me and I could move on to greater things.

Having 'experiences' became more important than 'things'. Experiences like travelling, and being a part of communities, contributing, and connection, and enjoying solid friendships, and all that that had to offer, became my new norm. And that together with the financial security I had earned for myself... made life good. The stage of collecting 'things' was over - there was no longer magic in even that. Did not need the unnecessary material stuff anymore. Though that's supposed to make you happy, right?

Don't get me wrong though, I still enjoyed living in a 'nice' environment surrounded by 'nice' things.

So, why then the feeling that there must be more to life? What is missing, if anything at all?

At the time, being in the '8th period' of my life - which is between 49 - 56 years, I was yet to learn the most important life lessons - that there was absolutely nothing outside of me that could or would fulfill me, make me happy or bring me inner peace - and that seemed to be the very call of my soul.

And so I embarked on the next part of my life journey, of growing and learning about the 'impersonal' me, the mysterious and mystical, the quantum world, and enthusiasm and excitement became my every day experience as I devoured and contemplated my newfound knowledge. I had to dig deep - very deep, because there is nothing 'surface' about anything of great personal value.

The thought crossed my mind a few times. "why had I wasted so much time on the small-minded, mundane things of life when there is a bubbling spring of refreshing, exciting, liberating and joyful revelations available to me, if I wish to find it? There is just so much more to life and me and you, than meets the eye. If life doesn't quite work out the way you want it to, there is always another way, the unconditioned way.

Of course, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. It seemed this student was ready and teachers appeared!

That was almost 20 years ago, and the journey has been, and continues to be a thrilling one. Delving into the wisdom of the Ancients and at the same time exploring modern science 'discoveries', has made this journey one amazing life experience.

So, what to do with all this knowledge? I figured that my life would not have been worth an iota if I do not share what I have learned. Why else do we learn - to keep it to ourselves?

Hence the work I do. Life Coaching.

The 'how to make more money, be better leaders, invest better, look better, and so on , and so on', is announced from the roof tops from all sides. Another voice is not necessary, so I don't need to add to those voices, albeit they are needed too.

Where I want to add value is, " let's make today better than it was yesterday...be better than you were yesterday, feel better than you felt yesterday, understand better than you did yesterday, and let's communicate, connect, and contribute more than you did yesterday - and therein find your joy and your peace, the most important missing ingredients from most peoples' lives, I have learned.

Discover your 'Why' and grow into your Highest Potential - for that is the purpose of the human soul. To become the best we can be...and that comes when our Soul and Spirit meet in our everyday living, and when that happens, the world around you knows! Therein lies the magic in the mystical, brought into the now!
